Convenient and magnificent location, relatively close to Palm Island Indoor Waterpark. Accommodating staff. Excellent, big rooms with 2 full-size beds.

It was quiet and we definitely coming here again. The location close to where we had an event was comfortable.
Nothing could have been better.

Disappointed that pool wasn't fixed as it was said in Booking Dot Com and couldn't sit around it. Landscaping wasn't paid attention to all around facility either. Entrance had old fashioned doors you had to pull open and outside ashtray at main entrance over flowing. Perhaps its a work in progress still with updating

The room was outstanding with 2 full size beds. The staff was excellent and very attentive. The location next to Darien Lake and restaurants was convenient and excellent. The whole experience was lovely, nothing too much trouble.

Was not pleased that the pool was undergoing major repair and this was not indicated on the website.

The nice comfortable big king size bed
The place was dumpy. the toilet barely flushed the rooms did not have a fridge or microwave in it like the pictures did. The pool was never opened and they weren't fixing it, it was just covered and you could tell it was never opened for the season. the gym was a joke. My fiancé got sick on the horrible sausage gravy over biscuits. The toilet had hot water running into it instead of cold. The entire hotel needed professional painting done not this half assed brush painting on the doors witch by the way stuck and were hard to open for the stairs and the one exit by the stairs. Will not stay there again! Very unhappy with the overall stay at this dingy hotel!!!! Do Not recommend it to anyone!!!! Oh and they also put a feather pillow on our bed and I am very allergic to them. Not a good stay!!!!!

We had a fantastic stay at this waterfront boutique hotel. The location on the waterfront was amazing, with beautiful views and the opportunity to see dolphins swimming in the bay. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a deck and fire pit that provided a relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast on the deck every morning was perfect. The staff, especially Michael, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The cleanliness of the facility was impeccable. The manager was welcoming and even offered to pick up items from the store for guests.

Leaving
Rip Off, The place was dirty, the pool was closed(according to Booked.net it should have been open),there wasn't an elevator so I had to carry all my belongings up a flight of stairs. No-one takes responsibility for the misrepresentation of the accommodations , so they basically steal your money and no refund. Sleep in your car or under a bridge rather than this Slum Lord property.

I thought the service was top notch.
It was disappointing to see such a nice place in need of numberous simple repairs. woobily tile near the restaurant and a tattered flag on the flag pole are not only unacceptable, but insulting

The room was warm and cozy, considering our stay was during below zero weather. Our request for extra blankets was promptly responded to.
A dirty washcloth and open shampoo container, from the previous tenant, were found in the bathroom and sink area. The free breakfast did not have much selection and only a 2-slice toaster. I had to wait 15-minutes to toast my English muffins.
